What we hold, and what we never touch.
Last updated August 2026
The plain version
- We collect what you type into the Coffee brief, and nothing you do not give us.
- The Table Check runs in your browser. Answers stay in your session unless you choose to bring them to Coffee.
- Nothing is sold or shared. No advertising pixels. No third-party trackers beyond the vendors named below.
What we collect
The Coffee brief: your name, work email, company, product category, stage of work, and the answers you write about your goals, numbers, and obstacles. You choose what to write; every free-text field works with as little as you want to share.
The Table Check diagnostic collects nothing. Answers are held in your browser session, scored on your device, and discarded when the session ends. If you bring a result code to Coffee, that code carries the band letters only — not your answers.
Basic technical records: server logs record a submission id and timestamp, never the content of your brief.
What we do with it
One thing: prepare for the conversation you asked for. Your brief is read before Coffee so the thirty minutes are spent on your product.
Product details shared in a brief or at any course are held in confidence. They are not shared with retailers, other brands, or anyone else, and are never used as marketing material.
Who touches it
A scheduling provider (Calendly) handles the calendar when you book; what you give it is governed by its own notice, and the booking link works without an account.
When live credentials are configured, a CRM stores the brief and an email provider sends the owner a notification containing a submission id. In preview builds, briefs are logged by id only and no third party receives anything.
There is no analytics pixel, advertising tag, or social tracker on this site.
How long we keep it
Briefs are kept while the conversation is live and deleted on request. Consent settings are retained for 180 days.
Your choices
Ask what we hold, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time through the contact channel on the disclosures page. Deletion requests are honored within thirty days.
Global Privacy Control is respected: if your browser sends it, optional categories stay off without you touching the consent controls.
